Words from Boomer Lake Trail users
I walk around boomer lake pretty often but I never knew that’s what this was called. When I googled it though, it looks like the trail is longer? So I’m not sure how the rest of it is.
female, age 18-24
I love the part around boomer, the light poles and the views. And that it seems well kept and safe. And I like that there are bags to pick up pet waste
female, age 45-54
More areas for people to explore and enhance their overall experience, for example, having stations for people to sit and talk & be able to enjoy the views. Not many places to sit down and rest, you need to cater to all age ranges.
male, age 55-64

WHAT CHANGES WOULD MOST IMPROVE THE KAMEOKA TRAIL?
What They’re Saying
"Clean up the part behind the stores. It feels sketchy and trashy. Plant trees to divide it up so you can’t see the stores."
Female, age 18-24
"We need to have more trash cans available intermittently. Then of course, they would have to be emptied regularly."
Male, age 55-64
"More areas for people to explore and enhance their overall experience, for example having stations for people to sit and talk & be able to enjoy the views from the comfort of their experience on the trail."
